You don’t have to keep up in real time to succeed. Every lesson and call replay will be available in your portal, and you’ll have lifetime access to revisit the material whenever you need it. There’s no rush—just a steady path forward, designed to meet you where you are.
Live calls are hosted on Zoom at 12:00 PM ET / 9:00 AM PT / 5:00 PM UK and typically run for about 90 minutes. You’ll receive teaching, Q&A, and live coaching support from Colette on each call.

Please note, we have students from all over the world, and we know not everyone can attend live. All calls are recorded and uploaded to your portal within 24 hours, so you can watch (or rewatch) on your own schedule. You’ll also have the opportunity to submit questions in advance, so even if you can’t attend live, Colette can answer them during the call and you can hear the response in the replay. You won’t miss a thing.
The core modules are released over the course of six weeks, following a structured schedule that includes dedicated integration time to help you absorb the work and apply it at a sustainable pace.

Each module becomes available in your course portal on the release date and remains accessible throughout the program. You’ll also have lifetime access to revisit the content anytime, so you can go at your own pace, without falling behind.
You’ll have plenty of support through the live calls with Colette, downloadable tools, reflection exercises, and resources. But the real integration happens when you focus on your own learning, at your own pace—and take it in through your own lens.
To earn your Certified Intuitive Coach® designation, you’ll need to:
- Watch all video lessons across Modules 1–6
- Attend all 7 live calls or watch call replays in full
- Complete all worksheet exercises and guided practices
- You must demonstrate real-world application of the coaching techniques you have learned by leading at least 6 complete intake sessions with real clients, volunteers, or friends.
- Coach at least 6 different individuals through a full intuitive coaching process to breakthrough, integrating intuitive profiling, metaphysical tools, and coaching techniques.
- Use Oracle Cards professionally in at least 6 coaching sessions (with client reflection).
- Guide at least 4 clients through symbolic exercises to facilitate a perspective shift.
- You must pass the multiple-choice Certification Quiz with a score of 85% or higher.
- You must submit a written case study based on your work with one of your six clients.
- You must read and agree to the Certified Intuitive Coach® Licensing Agreement.
Please note, certification is optional but highly encouraged if you plan to use this work professionally. It gives you:
- A recognized credential you can confidently add to your offerings
- A clear framework and ethical structure to support your client work
- Greater trust and credibility with clients and collaborators
